What is mental stress?
In psychology, stress is a feeling of emotional strain and pressure. Stress is a type of psychological pain. Small amounts of stress may be desired, beneficial, and even healthy.
How does it cause/effect ?
It causes with a various reasons which we usually deal with it .
Some reasons could be these:-
Changes at work, illness, accidents, problems with relationships, family, money or housing can all cause stress. Even seemingly small daily hassles like someone pushing in a queue can make us feel stressed.
Same ways we can see that every problem got some symptoms .
Meanwhile in mental stress we also some of them are these:-
- Acne. Acne is one of the most visible ways that stress often manifests itself. ...
- Headaches. ...
- Chronic Pain. ...
- Frequent Sickness. ...
- Decreased Energy and Insomnia. ...
- Changes in Libido. ...
- Digestive Issues. ...
- Appetite Changes.

To bring this topic i got a very strong opinion
As the world is dealing with coronovirus or covid19 (sars 2) .
we all have got lockdown in houses .we were not aware about the thing that how it will affect us but we meant that person who is having normal fever ,sneezing ,cough,cold then he is affected with coronovirus.we are so much indulge in the things a small pain we can match it corona virus .This happen because we are mentally weak we donot think what can be the causes of the thing or we don't think how to overcome with the things .we start becoming mentally stress thinking only one thing that make us Helpless.trust me for once thinking over anything makes you week from inside not one will get affected untill you are not to feel down from yourself .
To overcome this stress I got some plan atleast follow this one day :-
- Set aside leisure time. ...
- Do something you enjoy every day. ...
- Keep your sense of humor. ...
- Take up a relaxation practice. ...
- Don't over-commit yourself. ...
- Prioritize tasks. ...
- Break projects into small steps
Do the things as being written trust me you are going to enjoy this time and surely you will use this time in the productive ways.
