benefits of lock down

Good morning everyone.
I am here with a new topic, with great content you will love to read this content.

               BENEFITS OF LOCKDOWN
Everywhere on the earth we all are disturbed with coronavirus. But we never see the things with every possibility
For example, if see someone is doing crime we don't see that what is the reason for doing his crime. Same as it is we never see both sides of the coin.

Some benefits of lockdown which I have observed during this time period are as follows:-

1. Healing of nature.
We all were busy in our life we never thought about nature. We kept on destroying them we never consider them a part of our life.
But this lockdown taught us what nature is for us now I have seen the air index of India it is far better than the last 40-50 years.
We all were praying in front of the Ganga river but we never saw that clean but now you can check it that gangs river is the cleanest river after 102 years.
As we are human that we need rest from life when everything getting hectic for you need rest same nature also wants but what we were not giving it besides asking it just snatch us from trusting me this fact...

2. Fall in crime.
We all were trying that how this crime falls no one got the solution but we made that this would the part of life but if a small virus can stop this crime why not we the human can't stop this crime

The Capital witnessed a sharp decline in heinous crime against women since the beginning of lockdown, the data shared by Delhi Police sources show.

The data shared with The Hindu recorded that from March 22 to April 12, the number of rape cases registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code stood at 23 as opposed to 139 in 2019, during the same time period leading to a decline of 83.4.

Every state has seen a decline in the no of crime after this please think for this once.

3. Health-conscious

We all were busy in making money we never thought that we have to health-conscious we always wondered that if we have money we have everything but this virus told us that money is temporary but health is permanent even the people who are rich they are facing coronavirus and even poor also the people are only safe who consider health first in life.

Need to think about these guys be health-conscious do activities yoga, exercise, workout, walk every night after dinner make some habits which will help to improve your health.

4. Skills

After this lockdown, you are going to see that company are going to hire only those people who are having skills

Work on your skills, I will tell you that what you can work on to improve your skills.

A new language

This might be something that almost everyone would have suggested but do you know why? Apart from social communication, a new language will make you an active listener, flex your cognitive capabilities, and help you grasp new concepts better. It is refreshing and fun to learn a new language and today, you have apps that help you learn it.

Duolingo is one such app that will help you learn a language from the very basics. There is also Busuu and italki where you can learn languages online.

Coding

For all IT employees, this may not be applicable but you could definitely use this advance your existing skills. For anyone who is new to coding, you could begin online classes at Code Academy where there will be a step-by-step instruction to guide you through.

Working out

Even though you are restricted to step out of the house, some form of physical exercise is a must. Using this time to better your health and keep yourself motivated, you can try a home workout. There are many online tutorials that you can easily find to guide you through a home workout.
